Movement in exchange for a verse.

Seven songs remain hidden inside a projected particle mist. They are present all the time, but too dispersed to read. Sustained body movement condenses the field until a verse becomes legible.

The installation cycle

The sentence exists before it can be read.

Each state transforms the same particle system. Presence starts the build-up, energy sustains the reading, and the verse returns to the flow before the next song.

The mist crosses the screen and keeps the first fragment latent. There is enough activity to invite approach without revealing the sentence.

Direction and intensity alter the field. Hue comes from the gesture direction, while brightness responds to body speed.

Particles find the points that shape each letter. Trails shorten and the visual matter organizes itself into a legible sentence.

Attraction drops and each point returns to the flow. The sentence does not vanish at once. It comes apart through movement.

The body becomes part of the image.

Camera and projector cover the same area. The image is mirrored so gesture and response share the same side, while the elevated projector keeps the shadow below the reading zone.

The work was designed to remain alive without interaction. If the camera stops responding, the mist keeps moving. When someone enters, the system recognizes effort and transforms presence into reading.
